We're assisting our client with hiring a motivated Personal Injury Case Manager who is passionate about supporting clients and advancing social justice. You'll guide clients through the pre-litigation process, collaborate with attorneys, and help ensure cases move forward smoothly. Interview clients and gather case information
Maintain regular communication and provide case updates
Organize case files, medical records, and evidence
Assist attorneys with case strategy and legal document preparation
Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and insurance companies
Prepare demands, letters of representation, and negotiate settlements
Track deadlines and manage digital case tools
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent customer service
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
Experience in Personal Injury case management OR transferable experience as a Claims Adjuster or Claims Examiner
